Efficient and consistent recruiting processes with heroes
Starting position: Time-consuming recruiting due to missing standards
As part of the intended process conversion from a the decentralized application processing to a central application management, all system processes were supposed to be aligned in a homogeneous structure, standardized, and made available to several users at the same time. The HR department at the Berlin headquarter should be responsible for the main administration.
The basic idea was to centralize the application process from all 31 subsidiaries and technical offices, the factories in Mittenwalde and Trier as well as from the Berlin headquarter by means of a consistent solution. The objective was to achieve uniform and closed overall processes for efficient personnel recruitment taking all company divisions into consideration.
